Nic started his professional creative career in his early twenties assisting at various Independent Record Labels, Management Companies and Recording Studios.
His underlying love for creativity, audio production and songwriting led him to the launch of Trace Studios in 2015, a professional music, audio and video production facility based in Wimbledon. Specialising in music, voice over and podcast production, clients included the BBC, Audible and Liquid Violet.
Joining the Miloco Studios management team in 2017, Nic gained an invaluable insight into the workings of how, and what makes a professional studio facility click. Working alongside some of the most successful managers, producers, artists and creatives in the UK, clients included Sony, Warner and Universal.
Nic launched The Spoken Group in February 2021, his vision to make podcast, video and audio production affordable, accessible, and most importantly, to offer truly unique and modern service, delivering professional results across an ever evolving landscape.

jon Chambers.
Composer, Sound Designer & Engineer.

Jon is a UK based composer, audio engineer and multi-instrumentalist. His talent and passion for music was nurtured playing lead guitar for numerous UK touring rock bands.
He takes inspiration from a wide variety of genres and composition strands, resulting in a truly unique and inspiring approach to sound design. His work is often intertwined with depth, space and emotion. You may well have heard some of this compelling sounds on the BBC’s ‘Normal People’.

As well as bespoke work for clients Jon has worked with various music libraries contributing to the likes of the BBC’s Countryfile and ITV’s documentary; Charles: 50 Years a Prince.

Will is a London-based graphic designer who produces conceptual, intuitive and refined creative work. He's led creative projects across multiple disciplines, creating brand identities, packaging, websites, and motion graphics.
Working with brands both big and small—Will has worked on projects for Heineken, Fullers, TCL, and Staples.
