What are your business opening hours?
We’re open to bookings 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday. We may also be able to accommodate late night and Sunday bookings depending on the availability of our engineers. Simply get in touch.
How far outside of London can my podcast take place?
All our rates include travel within a 22-mile radius of central London. See the map for an idea of all the areas included.
Don’t fret if you're based a little further out though! We’re more than happy to accommodate you. Additional travel expenses can be added onto all our rates.
How many people can be in my podcast?
Our Mark 1 studio currently offers up to a maximum of four people per podcast.
You’re welcome to have more people present. We've had sessions with multiple guests that take it in turns to be individually interviewed. One of our experienced engineers can stop/start the recording and edit accordingly.
How and when will I receive my podcast?
You will receive your audio podcast guaranteed within 3 working days of the session. If amendments are required, they are guaranteed within an additional 48 hours of the request. Video projects are guaranteed within 5 working days of the session. Video amendment turnaround depends on the complexity of the editing required (usually no longer than 48 hours).
All files are sent direct to your chosen email address via a private WeTransfer link.

Why don't you display your rates on the website?
Due to the custom nature and amount of podcast episodes required, we approach each project on a case by case basis. All our services are done entirely remotely, resulting in our rates being extremely competitive in comparison to larger, more traditional studio based production companies.
